As the Head of Union Relations & Labour Law Ola Lo Olsson is responsible for the bank’s processes related to HR law, employee representation, staff investigations and Work Environment and is currently appointed as the Chairman for the advisory committee to the Board of The Employers of the Financial Sector in Sweden. With previous experience from both Swedish and international law firms Ola Lo Olsson has extensive experience of litigations, negotiations and advisory on complex HR Legal matters for both domestic and international clients.
