Zane Čulkstēna is the strategic director and founder of the strategic HR and communications company ERDA Group. She has an extensive experience in marketing, communications, recruitment, employer branding and consulting in companies such as Magic (NORD DDB RIGA), Amrop & TBWA. She is also the founder of the recruitment agency Find-Ada and the contemporary art centre Kim?.

Her expertise and experience have been highly appreciated in many Baltic conferences (e.g., Future of Jobs, EBIT, HR Week Latvia, NATO StratCom COE event). In addition to the numerous projects and innovations introduced on various topics as a part of ERDA Group strategic consulting, Zane facilitates research in employer branding, human resource efficiency and more.
